Fun Family Vacations

Costa Rica

When I Think Of My Fun Family Vacations "Costa Rica Is Where I Want To Go!"

If you have never been there then it's a MUST GO...

The first time that I planned my fun family vacation to Costa Rica was back in April of 2007 for 3 weeks and 2011 for a whole month and I am now planning on going again in May of 2014 for another month.  I took the above picture of the fruit found in Costa Rica that most people don't know about and that have many good benefit's for the human body. The foods that they eat are amazing and the local people are very loving.  I learned so much when I was out there. It felt like I was in another world.  One thing that was amazing to me was how many Americans have made Costa Rica their permanent home.  I traveled many parts of Costa Rica. There were some parts of the Country that made me feel like I was home again and some that would make you feel like you were in the movie Jurassic Park's jungle. The locals in Costa Rica refer themselves as "Ticos" or "Ticas".

There was lots of active Volcanoes, Water Falls, Beautiful  Rivers, and Eye Opening Beaches.  I must say I had a Blast!  Costa Rica is one place that I want to go again.

Now If your planning your fun family vacations to Costa Rica It would be wise to pay for a chauffeur, taxi or shuttle to drive you because the roads can be dangerous and rough in certain parts of Costa Rica and some locals can be very aggressive in their driving, let alone the unfamiliar driving laws.  I tried driving and had a hard time getting accustomed to the way they drive out there.  It also helps to know a little bit of Spanish, with ability to speak and read it.  But don't worry, if you don't know the language you can always hire a guide to show you all the hot spots.

Check out how fresh this food market is!  If you look at the red fruit on the right you will see what the locals call "Manzana de Agua" translated to "Apple Of Water".  It has a amazing taste that cannot be described with words.

So Good Luck Planning your Fun Family Vacations To Costa Rica!

Fun Family Vacations In Las Vegas

Fun Family Vacations

Fun Family Vacation

Need Ideas on your next fun family vacation?  When it come to picking the perfect place to go you need to make sure that the people that are going with you like the idea too.  When I go on a trip I try not to spend to much money on hotel or very nice restaurants,  you would be amazed of some of the local restaurants food for half the price

Here is 3 hot places that wont cost you much in LAs Vegas

#1 Las Vegas

I live in Las Vegas and every time I tell people where  I'm from people think "I'm a Party Animal" but not true Las Vegas has lots of things to do then just gambling, drinking and parting.  There is lots of shows and site seeing.  Some of my favorites are Hover Dam and do the tour under ground or  Red Rock and check out the Zoo at Bonnie Spring they also have horse back riding, and Nelsons Landing, Lake Mead if you like fishing, four wheeling, horse back riding or kayaking one thing that is very cool that is a must do is their underground mines.

New York New York Hotel and Casino

Another great thing about Las Vegas is that it dosent cost much to stay.  Week days cost is much cheaper then it is on the weekend Check out the rates here: LAS VEGAS BOOKINGS

#2 Red Rock

Only 25 minutes away from Las Vegas strip and has lots to do like rock climbing and hiking mountain biking or just biking thru the beautiful mountains on the street.  Also there is a Zoo that holds some desert animals.

#3 Hover Dam

About 30 mintutes from the strip there is a Hover Dam that has a tours that takes you under the Lake where you will learn how power is made.

Not to far from Hover Dam I found a small town called Nelsons Landing that I like to visit, it very beautiful and has lots of fun stuff to do like horse back riding, four wheeling, kayaking tour, and a nice place to go swinging where the water is warm and clear.
